Over the next few days I will be posting some grades to Blackboard (Bb) and wanted to share some detail so they make sense. Nothing new, just more specific detail than what is on your course outline.

Blog and RPR Activities = 30pts. There are 5 blog posts and 2 RPR (the RPR activities are counted as one). That leaves us with 6 assignments worth a total of 5pts each. Additionally the Blog assignments have two parts, as each post also requires a response to a peer; you will earn 3pts for the initial post and 2pts for the response.

Online Activities = 30pts. There are 3 online activities (learning theory, UDL chapter and cyber ethics).  Each activity is worth 10pts; 8pts will be earned for completed the assignment and 2pts for responding to a peer.

To this point (before the work due on 7/22) you have the potential to earn 25pts for Blog and RPR assignments (5/6) and 30pts for Online activities (3/3). Your grades will reflect those totals, not the final toals noted above or in the Bb gradebook.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. There are a lot of blog posts and it is possible for me to miss something… if I miss something of your, please let me know and I will adjust your grade accordingly.

Past digital stories

These past digital stories may serve to give you some ideas of past projects. Note: I did not teach Audacity last year, so most do not have music in the way you can.
